American Water College is an Authorized IACET provider, as well as approved directly by many states.
American Water College is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). American Water College complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognized internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. As a result of this accreditation, American Water College is authorized to issue the IACET CEU.
In addition to our IACET accreditation, we work with state agencies directly to have our courses approved for License Prerequisites (like California's Specialized Training and Texas' Core Courses) as well as License Renewals.
We also have entered into partnership with California State University, Fresno to offer transcripts and certificates in Water Treatment and Transmission Technology and Effective Utility Management.
In some states our Water Treatment and Transmission Technology Certificate Program can be substituted for work experience.
