A course can be exchanged or canceled if the student requests it within 30 days of enrollment and has not accessed more than 10% of the course material.
Exchanges & Cancelations
You may have enrolled in a course and realized it's the wrong course, or the format won't work for you, or for some other reason you want an exchange or refund. Here are the criteria for you to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You must be in the first 30 days of your enrollment, or in other words, your order date must be in the last 30 days; and,
You must be less than 10% complete with the course; and,
You must not have accessed more than 10% of the lessons.
Basically, if you are in the first lesson or two and find that the course is not going to work for you or that you will not be needing the course, you will generally be able to get a refund. If you've made more substantial progress or have accessed many of the handouts or quizzes, you will not be eligible for a refund.
