I failed my state exam. Can I get a free or discounted extension on my course?

If you failed an exam and plan to retake it, we will often ask for proof of the exam result or the scheduled retake date, such as a confirmation email. After receiving that proof, we will evaluate whether you qualify for any of the options under our guarantee or extension policies.

Email support with the course name and a copy or screenshot of your exam result and/or new test date so they can determine what options are available.
