Here we walk through the process of getting help with a math problem.
It must be a problem from within one of our courses
From time to time, we are asked to answer math questions from outside our courses. There are several places these questions may come from, but put simply, we don't answer any math question that didn't come from one of our courses.
We hope that what you've learned through our courses will enable you to answer questions outside our courses though.
Questions from our Handouts
Our courses are designed for the handout to go along with the lectures. You should print the handout, then follow along with the lecture to learn how to do each problem. If you haven't watched the lecture yet, you should proceed to that section before attempting any math problems from the handout.
The lecture will include an example of each type of problem you will see on the handout, then the handout will have several additional problems for you to practice solving.
Still have questions from the handout?
Submit a picture of your attempt to solve the problem using the form below. We will review your work and give you personalized feedback on where you went wrong and things to watch out for when solving math problems.
Questions from our Quizzes
For most of our quizzes, you will see a video explanation for each question after completing the quiz. If you don't see an explanation and you have a question about a particular problem, you can also send us a picture of your attempt to work out the math problem and we'll reply with an explanation personalized to your attempt.
