I paid for a course, but it’s not showing up. How do I access it?

Your enrollment may be tied to a different email address, or it might not have been completed correctly. Be sure you are logging in with the email used as the "student email" at checkout.

If the course still isn’t visible after confirming your login is the same as the one used in the enrollment, contact support with your order number, full name, and correct student email so the course can be attached and the access email resent if needed.
