My course is stuck at 97–99% and won’t issue a certificate. Why?

This usually means a required item was not fully completed, such as a video not watched to the end, a handout not opened, or a quiz not passed.

Check your "gradebook", complete any missing items, then refresh the course dashboard. If it still shows incomplete, contact support so your progress can be reviewed.
