We're excited to introduce the Study Assistant Chat Tool, a new study resource available as a limited release within the Distribution Exam Preparation Grade 2 (D2) course.

Can I Use It During Quizzes?

No. The Study Assistant is not available during quizzes and cannot be used while a quiz is in progress.

 

Does It Replace Instructor Support?

No. The Study Assistant is an additional study resource and does not replace instructor support, customer support, office hours, or course materials.

If you need assistance, you may continue to use American Water College's existing support channels. Existing office hours remain unchanged.
