Why can’t I see my course under “My Courses” or in my dashboard?
In most cases, this happens because your course has expired, your enrollment is under a different email address, or the enrollment hasn’t finished linking to your account.

Make sure you are logging in with the same email you used at checkout or by your employer on your behalf, then refresh your My Courses page. If the course still doesn’t appear, contact support with your full name, login email, and order or invoice number so your enrollment can be attached correctly.
