How to access certificates

Here we walk through the two places where you can find your certificates.

Next to the course title

When you login to your account and see the courses you've enrolled in, you will also notice a ribbon next to the courses you've been awarded a certificate for. You can click on that ribbon and see your certificate of completion. From there you can download it as a PDF or print it.

For courses removed from your account

You may have enrolled in the course several years ago and you're sure you have a certificate, but the course doesn't show up in your list of courses. In that case you will need to navigate to the Certificates area in your account.

When logged into your student account, click on your initials in the upper right corner and click "My Account".

Once on your account page, you will see a Certificate Tab where all your certificates will be listed.

To view a certificate from your certificates list, you will click on the eye next to the name of the course.

Still can't find your certificate?

There are several reasons you may be unable to find your certificate. If you can still see the course in your course list, but you can't find the certificate for that course, you may have a portion of the course left to finish. Check out I completed my course, but I don't have a certificate.

If you don't see the course in your course list, and you don't have a certificate, it's possible you have two student accounts. You can contact us for help logging into an old account if you think this may be the case for you.

Lastly, it may be archived. While we have maintained all our student records, they may not be available in your student account. If you completed the course before 2016, it may have been archived. Contact us to look up your account in our archive if you think this may be the case.
