We believe that after taking our grade-specific Exam Preparation course you will pass your exam. If not, you will get either a full refund or free extended access to your course.
What are the terms?
You must be enrolled in an Exam Preparation course that we have for the exam you're taking. Not all courses are created equal, so be sure you're taking the course designed for your exam.
You must have finished the entire course prior to taking your exam. If you don't have a certificate of completion, then you probably haven't finished the course (CLICK HERE if you believe you have finished the course but don't have a certificate).
How to request an extension or refund
If you've finished the entire exam preparation course prior to your exam and failed, then you qualify for an extension or refund. Send a copy of your exam results to info@americanwatercollege.org along with your account email or username and your request for either an extension or refund. To expedite the process, you can include your certificate of completion as well.
Acceptable exam result notifications include a picture of your exam results sheet or forwarding the email notification of your exam results.
