How do I enroll someone else in a course online?

Select the Course | Begin the Checkout | Login & Add Student Info

Select the course the student needs

You will start by finding the correct course for the student and adding it to your cart. You will specify the student information later. Any of the courses you find on our website are available for you to purchase on behalf of someone else.

Begin the checkout process

Once you have the course or even several courses in your cart, you will review the cart and proceed to checkout. It's on the next screen (the checkout screen) that you will specificy who the courses are for.

Returning Purchasers

For those of you that have purchased a course with us before, you will have the option to login before completing the enrollment. Whether you have purchased a course for yourself or for someone else, you will login using the link at the top of the checkout page.

The link says "RETURNING CUSTOMER? CLICK HERE TO LOGIN"

Use that link to login and complete the enrollment. If you try to complete the enrollment without logging in using an email address already associated with an account, you will receive an error message asking you to login.

Input the Student Information

On the checkout screen, you will have 3 sections. The Billing Information, the Student Information, and the Payment Information.

Fill in the billing information with the information for the purchaser. This should match the name on the card and will also be the person to receive the receipt for the order.

If the billing information is also the student, then you don't need to input the student information. However, since you're reading this article, odds are you will need to also fill in the student information. If the student information is left blank, the course will assign to the billing account. By filling in the student information, you will assign the course to another account.

The student's name and email address may be a new account or an existing student account. If the information matches an existing account, the course will assign to that account. If, on the other hand, the email address does not match an existing account, an account will be created for the student.

Records

When you enroll someone else in a course, you will maintain record of the enrollment/order. You will be able to find the enrollment in your orders, and if needed you will be able to extend the course access using a Subscription. To learn more about subscriptions CLICK HERE.

The student will have a separate login and course records (progress and certificates) will be maintained in the student account.

If you have just enrolled a student and he or she is having trouble accessing the course, CLICK HERE for a guide to help the student get access.
